Medical Assistant with a heart for Senior care, I've been working with senior patients and family members providing the best care possible for those in need of care for a short/long period of time in a personalized way. From recently discharged of a medical facility to terminally ill patients. I'm well experienced in working as a liaison between the family, patient, and hospice with the goal to give the best comfort to them in dire time. Extensive care ranges from a patient recovering from a fall, all the way to memory care. Duties include patient assessment, perform medical treatment as per physician or nurse instruction such as injections, PT-INR testing, wound care, etc. Can perform physical therapy, medication planner and intake; creation of personalized diet plans, cook light meals, companionship, transportation, and various errands.
