About Bethany

Hello! My name is Bethany. I have been working with children for the past 15 years now. As a high school student, I worked as a lifeguard. I have had some pretty challenging jobs in the childcare field and have enjoyed every one of them. My most recent job was for an awesome family I met through care. com about 3 years ago. The kids have started school now, but I still do date nights/casual care for them to keep in touch! I have so enjoyed becoming friends with their family and friends over the years, and am looking for something that will be just as smooth to enjoy through nursing school. I find it important to "click" with your nanny or family you work for. As a nanny, I have loved working with all ages/needs. At my most recent job, I spent our days at story time, playgrounds, the zoo, etc. We loved to read and color for quiet times. We would often work on our Spanish speaking skills (which I didn't list in my profile as I'm not fluent).
