My passion stems partly from just who I am. I have 2 master's in counseling, and love people. However, all my relatives live into their 90's and even 100's. I come from a very close-knit family and have cared for seniors and adults with dementia, Alzheimer's, and various special needs. I have prepared meals, acted as a companion, and managed medication, as well as light cleaning, shopping, Dr.'s appointments and light household management. In addition, I have an adult son who is on the autism spectrum. Experience has taught me that I do develop deep bonds with those I care for, coming to view them as close friends who I would do anything in my power for. I quickly learn any special care needs, and would be an asset in the care of your loved one. You could not have a warmer, more caring individual working for and with your loved one than me!

I have had the privilege of knowing Beth for 30 years. We have worked on many projects and committees together. Beth is a compassionate, committed person who is intelligent, well educated, capable and relational. She has handled her son, who has special needs, with extraordinary wisdom and grace. She is a part time caregiver for a man in his 50's with special needs and I have watched this man flourish under her care. She possesses the special ability to listen and patiently guide others towards positive choices and changes for their lives. Beth's character and life experience make her an excellent caregiver and I highly recommend her.
