Bianca was super responsive to my messages and easily answered all of my questions via phone before arriving to take are of my 4-year-old daughter for the first time. She was punctual and within minutes my daughter was already having a great time with her. Bianca has a lovely personality and is very reliable. I hope to hire her many times in the future and think other families will benefit from hiring her as well.
