About Blair

I'm an experienced caregiver with a passion for nurturing and educating children. I've always been drawn to working with children, and my previous teacher and babysitter roles reinforced my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I'm patient, calm, and have a creative imagination, which allows me to engage children in various activities that promote their development. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, and I keep them updated about their child's day through their preferred communication method. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that stimulate learning. With three years of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I am CPR/ First Aid certified and have experience creating lesson plans and potty training.
