Being born and raised on the Bayou taught me many lessons about our lifecycle, however, more than anything it instilled in me the value of a slow life and a deep love of nature. My hobby is baking Sourdough breads, muffins, desserts and bagels! It has become quite the blessing in our lives! Baking for friends, neighbors, West Springfield High School Football Team and more has brought joy to me I didn't realize I needed. Juggling several autoimmune disorders can be tiresome, however, like any other human being, I try to do my best each day with what my body will allow me to do.
