I've been a childcare provider for over 15 years and a teacher for 10 years, and I'm still as passionate about helping children grow and develop as I was on day one. I have a deep desire to make a positive impact on children's lives and be a reliable support system for families. I believe that every child deserves a safe and nurturing environment to learn and thrive, and I'm committed to providing just that. I have a friendly, calm & approachable personality that I love to share with others. I communicate openly and honestly with parents about their child's day and any issues that arise, and I always follow their preferred communication method. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, but I'm also comfortable providing a structured and consistent environment for children. I love playing games with children, both educational and just-for-fun, and I'm always looking for new and exciting ways to keep them engaged and entertained.
