About Brook

Hi I'm Brook. I'm 38 and a mom of two teenage girls. I take caregiving to a different level! I've been doing it for four and a half years. Taking care of someone with ALS, dementia and a paraplegic. So I have lots of experience in different aspects. Hoyer lift, tube feeding, medication management and many more. I have learned that this truly is my mission and passion in life. Anyone I care for I take care of them as if they were my own family. One of the people I have cared for even spent holidays at my house with my own family. I believe that you get out what you put into the world. I won't work in a "home" or "center" as I need to know the person personally. I need to know what they like, don't like and how they like things done. I'm a hands on learner. Once you show me how to do something I work on it to make sure it is that way, on time and/or timely manor. I believe in God and karma being the reason why. I try to see the positive in any situation. Thank you for your time.
