About Caitlin

Hi, my name is Caitlin! I've lived in Idaho for 5 years and I have been independently nannying since my arrival. I've taken multiple classes and courses in childcare and child development between high school and continued education since working in childcare professionally. I am First Aid and CPR certified, a birth and postpartum doula, and have conversational Spanish skills! I am well versed in Baby Led Weaning, potty training, baby/toddler milestones and basic ASL. It's my goal to support the children I nanny in connecting with their thoughts and feelings effectively! I am passionate about fostering a child's natural skills and creative abilities, while also creating routine and structure. It's important to me to provide guidance to families by working collaboratively to create confident and independent children. I do provide light housekeeping (laundry/dishes/etc) and meal prep during downtime as well. I hope to hear from you!
