My name is Caitlin, I grew up in Baltimore with my 4 siblings before moving to Colorado in 2020! Since being out here, I have been a nanny, a registered behavior technician (RBT) for children with autism, and I spent the last 2 years as a Pre-K teacher! At each step I have learned so much about working with children, and along the way they have taught me as well. I have loved getting to sing silly songs and play games, make crafts, as well as find patience with big emotions and celebrate each win, big and small.
