About Caitlin

I've been working with kids of all ages for over a decade now! My early experience was with children on the autism spectrum, working as a behavioral technician. I spent several years teaching preschool and kindergarten here in Portland, where I worked with a wide range of ages, from infancy to age 9. Following my undergraduate education, I spent time working with young people (ages 10-21) , and have an intimate understanding of the resources and challenges facing youth at this point in time, and I have been a nanny since! I love spending time with kiddos, they bring a light into the world that I think adults forget about sometimes. My undergraduate education was neuroscience focused, and encompasses early childhood development. My work experience has lead me to focus on trauma informed and attachment focused childcare. I can help with Light Housekeeping and Swimming Supervision.
