Cara was kind, however she was at my home for 4 hours and cleaned my primary room, primary bath, and hall. Never got to the kitchen, or living areas. Now, I need to have someone else come and finish the job and pay again. I've paid for 4 hours $120 for 2 rooms! That's crazy.
