I set up a Zoom interview with Caralyn on 08/11 for 08/12 at 2PM. I sent the link via a Google invite and an email. She told me she was unable to get on Zoom right after I sent the link. I asked for her phone number so I could do a preliminary interview. We spoke about the job and what it would entail and I took the time to answer her questions. I then invited her for an in person interview and to meet my children. We picked 08/21 at 4 pm. I sent her my address via email and told her I was the last house and I also sent a Google Calendar invite with my address and the time span of 4-4:30. At 4:18 she emailed me and said she was on my street. I stepped outside and I responded that I only see the UPS man. At 4:27 she said, "Hi, I changed my mind. It's too early for me" and at 4:28 she sent "I have another job in afternoon. Good luck." I expected better from an adult.
