About Carissa

Hello, my name is Carissa, I have assisted at an at home daycare for about a year. There were no more than 3 children, and the age range was from 6 months to 3 years old. I have also nannied for a couple in Shrewsbury who treated me like family and I to them. They have 3 children and at the time their ages ranged from age 2 to age 8 and now have grown to where I am not needed any more. 2 boys 1 girl and my responsibilities included caring for the children with fun learning and /or active activities. transportation to and from pre-school, meal preparations, and light house cleaning. I love children, and the happiness they always have. They certainly brighten my day everyday. I love to be active with the children. Being outdoors coloring with chalk, playing hide and seek, tag, running through the sprinkler, swimming, riding bikes. I love it all, and inside there is always using your imagination with paint, arts and crafts, or even a board game from time to time. Children keep your mind flowing and I think that's what I love about them, they are always so much fun, even when they are just little babies, the occasional smile or even a coo, makes for cute conversation.
