Carla nannied our two children for 5 years and we consider her family! Carla is the most patient person I have ever met. She is kind and makes the most of every minute on the job. If the kids are playing, Carla is washing dishes, picking up toys, throwing in laundry and looking around to help out any way she can. I never asked her to do any housework, she just intuitively helped out. She is never on her phone or distracted when she was with our kids, she gave them her full attention when they needed it and gave them space when they were enjoying independent play. She prepped meals for the kids, drove them to school, parks and classes and was always on time for work and for the children's scheduled activities. My children call her their second Mom. We moved out of state but we would have NEVER let Carla go had we not. I wholeheartedly recommend Carla!!!
