About Carla

I'd describe my personality as extroverted, positive mindset, and empathic. I like working with kids because I like having a positive impact on their lives and have the opportunity to watch them learn and grow. I started working with kids when I was in high school as a camp basketball instructor, then in college I led kids church in my neighborhood. In my spare time, I like to cook new recipes and workout such as cross fit, play basketball, and run marathons. One thing you should know about me is that I love to serve and help other people. My skills include patience, great communication, decision-making skills.
