About Carlos

I would describe my personality as creative, enthusiastic, and independent. I like working with kids because we can always learn from kids. It's clear the kids have a lot to teach us, and that's the most incredible thing when it comes to working with kids. I've been around children for over 5 years, and the amount of information and things I've learned from them it's incredible. I started working with kids when I was a teenager and my neighbors back home needed some help. I offered my help, and I was able to make extra money while I was in high school. I was also part of a volunteer job where I was able to help kids, teenagers, and seniors, with an ESL-free program. While working there I realized that we can provide so much to the world through small daily actions. My skills include easy and open communication, and the ability to build a respectful and truthful relationships.
