I have over 24 years of childcare experience. For the last 13+ years I have been working as a nanny where I take care of my employers' children since they were infants. I have been with my current family for almost 8 years, taking care of their two children (8 and 6 years old). Before my work as a nanny I was an infant teacher at a preschool Center in Needham for over 12 years. I prefer to work with infants, because all the experience I have been gaining working with them, and I love taking care of their needs and help them grow through their first stages of life. However, after working for almost 8 years with current family, I am willing to work with older children I am fully vaccinated as 5/11/2021.

Carmen is the warmest and most incredible addition to our family. She loves our baby and preschooler as if they were her own - and they love her back. She is so experienced and so knowledgeable about children of many ages and brings that to her work every day. Beyond this, she is punctual, reliable, walked me through the hiring process, and is a delight to talk to. She is a true professional and a ray of sunshine and I look forward to seeing her every day. We are so lucky to have found Carmen and are so grateful for her.
