My experience goes beyond the 15+ years I've been caring for others. Since I can remember I've always stepped in to help someone in need. Over 15 years I began caring for seniors and have worked for a few HHA. I've served clients with the level of care that everyone deserves. The care I provided ranges from sitting with clients, encouragement, companionship, hygiene, dressing, meal prep, feeding, light cleaning, laundry, errands, ambulation, repositioning, Dr appointments etc. I have served clients with leukemia, dementia, Crohn's disease, hospice, limited mobility, immobility. However, although I have experience in a few areas I have limited the tasks down to a few. Respite care is my top choice after taking care of my own mother for eight years who had dementia I needed that time to rest, gain new strength and decompress some, in order to complete my assignment with my mom.
