I am a very experienced nanny with 15 years of experience, I started my nanny career pretty young and now I have many amazing families in chicago land area , suburbs and even other states that I have worked for it has been an amazing experience. I love to see children grow up and achieve their milestones , I adapt to any parenting style as long as parents and myself are on the same page it's much easier for everyone in the house but most importantly the children. I have taken care of single children and also multiple children and up to 6 children at a time of different ages from newborn to teenage years, when I work for a family my main goal is to make sure I am reliving mom and dad from any duty pertaining to their child/children and they get to spend time with them without worrying about their laundry , cleaning their room etc. I am in a different season in my career right now as I am looking to find a family that would accept me working with my child.

It has been a great experience having Carol (with her daughter) as a nanny. We hired Carol for a two month position to bridge the gap between my return to work and our daughter starting daycare. Carol is truly an excellent caregiver: she is warm, caring, detail oriented, very knowledgable, extremely reliable and communicative. Carol brought her young daughter with her when she cared for our daughter, which worked out great. Carol is a real pro and has lots of experience caring for multiple children so there was no issue at all having more than one baby in the house (in fact, it had advantages like giving our daughter exposure to another child). Even with a young baby in tow, Carol was never late getting to our house each morning and was always super responsive throughout the day. She provides a very high quality of care and helped our daughter with her transition to solids, crawling, and teething. I can't recommend Carol highly enough--the only reason we are not hiring her for the long term is because we committed to daycare a long time ago.
