I believe in fostering open and transparent communication with parents, providing daily written reports and regular updates via text or phone call, whichever method they prefer. I prioritize following the parents' lead when it comes to household rules, ensuring that the children are cared for in a consistent manner. My educational background includes a graduate degree, and I am also a certified teacher with early childhood education (ECE) training. This blend of education and experience allows me to provide a well-rounded and stimulating care experience for children. I am happy to assist with light housekeeping and can provide swimming supervision.
