Cathy has worked with us for 16mo, starting when my son was 4mo. Never once have we had any concerns for his safety or well being with her. She is always punctual and reliable. She is appropriately communicative about any issues she has with the schedule ahead of time. She also reaches out appropriately throughout the day. We are first time parents and used an app to track many things (sleep, meds, feeds, diapers) and she kept up with this without complaint. She always cleans up after our son and even helps us with little things around the house. Most importantly, our son loves her. We will certainly have her back to babysit, and should we be lucky enough to have a second- we will be actively recruiting her!
