About Cayce

Hi, I'm Cayce! I've spent the last 16 years as a nanny, doula, caregiver, CNA, nursing student, home cleaner/organizer, personal assistant, household manager, yoga teacher & health coach. I'm also a personal trainer in training! Needless to say, helping is my jam. It brings me immense joy to support, nurture, and care for people of all ages and backgrounds. I value kindness, compassion, acceptance, and curiosity. I model the behaviors I wish to teach. I prioritize time outside to foster reverence for the natural world. I provide opportunities for learning through arts & crafts, projects, reading, and play. I have extensive experience with infants, toddlers, twins/multiples, adopted children, BIPOC kids, as well as trans and nonbinary toddlers/youth. I'm well-versed in organic/healthy cooking, food allergies, fitness, mindfulness, and yoga. CPR/First Aid certified Fully vaccinated LGBTQIA+ friendly I'm here to bring ease and joy to your family's life.
