About Charles

For my entire adult life, I have been dedicated to care jobs of many different kinds. I have worked with children with disabilities, spent many years in the daycare system, been a teachers assistant as well as a preschool teacher, and most recently I was a lead staff at a residential unit for adults with autism and severe behavior disorders for more than 6 years. I have also just acquired my CNA certifications. I come from a loving background and support that never ends. I have a theory about this line of work. You don't do care jobs for most of your life because you like the money. You do it because you want to make a difference in someones life!
