About Charlotte

Hello! I am looking for full or part-time work with 1 to 4 children. I am available as a babysitter, nanny, or tutor. The skills I practice most are patience, empathy, flexibility, positivity, and communication. My experience is in Montessori toddler teaching, Special Education in public elementary school (supporting 2 girls with down syndrome, as well as others with autism and various needs), private tutoring, personal support work, patient advocacy, live-in nannying, and decades of babysitting. I am deeply dedicated to individually tailoring lessons or care, and to fostering independence and confidence. I love watching children learn and develop, and enjoy nurturing natural creativity through arts, nature, movement, books, games, and/or music when possible. It is a privilege to work with families to understand and meet specific needs in positive ways. I am a life-long learner, advocate, child at heart, artist, flautist, freelance singer, and cat lover.
