Charmaine has been my son's nanny starting at 7.5month of age. She has been an amazing addition to our family. Charmaine has numerous traits that make her a fantastic caregiver, although if I had to pick her top three qualities they are her 1) impressive childcare development education and work experience, 2) exceptional communication skills, and 3) her completely trustworthy character to keep my son safe and happy. Charmaine is extremely qualified to be a caregiver, and her background clearly shows in her daily interactions with my son. She gives me regular updates on my son's milestones and what we can do to enhance his development. Charmaine is punctual, always arriving early. Naturally, I was worried about how my son will take to the introduction of a new caregiver. He took to her very quickly, and is so happy to see her each morning. My son is thriving under her care, and I enthusiastically recommend her to care for your precious child.
