I have been doing homecare since I was 17, and thought my entire career as a firefighter/paramedic. I love helping people as well as animals, since I also rescue animals from southern shelters. I can pretty much do it all, and enjoy ding it. I have been involved in cases with every kind of diagnosis, as well as every stage of life, including the most dreaded end of life care. I am very active with my patients. If they can go out, and family is for it, That's what we do. Stagnant water just grows bacteria, and that's my motto. The more you move, the better you feel. I take it slow, but assure u, all my patients are laughing and feel good within a month. I work with therapist, and any other staff that may come in, and am happy to do it. I am very strong, and able to handle even the most combative (it happens. Dementia and sun downing is hard on everyone.).
