About Chernyeh

I am a NTA (National Tutoring Association) certified advanced level tutor (1 of 3 in IL), and a Purdue University graduate, with a degree in Business Management and Information Systems. I have almost 20 years of mentoring and tutoring experience combined. For the last 9 years, I have been primarily focused on tutoring in elementary to college level mathematics both as a volunteer and as a private tutor. During that timespan, I have tutored over 200 students on a 1-on-1 basis across North America (over 30 states/provinces), both in-person and online. I am deeply committed and passionate about working with students to ensure that they are receiving one-on-one instruction that is personalized to their needs, and to empower them to achieve academic success.
