The Mount Joy Career and Technology Center gave me the opportunity to work with children from infants to school age. I spent time as a teacher's assistant in a kindergarten classroom before I finished school. I then spent 8 months helping to create and direct activities for children of all ages in a childcare center at Crunch Fitness. Most recently I have had the pleasure of working in the infant room at a certified daycare center where I contribute to lesson plans and just enjoy caring for these sweet lovable babies! While working here, I completed my infant toddler certification and plan to start working on my preschool certification.
