A compassionate Certified Home Health Aide, with 2 years experience . I have had clients who had dementia, mild stroke, Parkinson disease and those that needed companionship. I am very patient, so pleasant and very kind. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Human nutrition and Food Science, and one of the courses I took was human development. This has helped me understand better the psychological needs of senior members. I mastered different skills such as diaper change, turning and positioning clients on the bed to prevent bed sores, using hoyer lift for transferring clients, tube feeding, catheter change and sanctioning . my main job comprised of; providing in -home care for seniors ; Prepare food according to diet plans, feed patients, perform light house keeping ; Ensure patients adhere to care plans, diets and exercise regimen; Assist patients with daily personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
