About Chloe

My name is Chloe , I absolutely love teaching!! I've always love helping kids grow academically and seeing them rise to their potential. I've taught preschool and tutored elementary grades. I'm currently a long term substitute for a 4th grade math and science classroom. Philosophy of Education As a future teacher my philosophy of education centers around the idea of Progressivism. Learning is more student centered and that every student has unique strengths, abilities, and needs. I believe it's my responsibility to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that empowers each student to achieve their full potential. I will achieve this by adopting the following principles in my teaching: Respect and empathy, active learning, student centered approach, growth mindset, and continuous learning.
