About Christina

I have studied nutrition and fitness since 1985 when I was training to compete in light weight bodybuilding. I have raised 2 children who were all around athletes and competed at a higher level in gymnastics, baseball, dance, and softball. I had them on a strict diet during the competitive seasons and taught them what to eat and why so that they bought into the program and wanted to be committed to their health and fitness. I have worked with all age groups with various health issues (including my own) to help them manage their diets and reduce or eliminate their prescription drug intake and live a healthier and often pain and symptom free lifestyle. I practice what I preach and encourage and motivate individuals to achieve their desired results.
