We worked with Clarissa for 5 years from 2017 until 2022, and she became a very close family friend in the process. First with our older daughter, and then with our younger daughter. She's navigated multiple Nanny shares as well as periods of single care with ease. She does love to take the kids out all over the city - various parks, Academy of Sciences, Zoo, Exploratorium, etc. She also found many free or low cost classes/story times for the kids to attend all over the city as well. She takes her job extremely seriously and rarely calls out and is always early to work each morning. In her past roles, her primary focus has been taking care of the children or child related duties (prepare/pack basic lunch, kid laundry, clean up toys after playtime, washing dishes that she or the kids use, etc.) She is pretty good at leaving things as she found them at the beginning of the day. Some of her strengths- she’s very organized, sets routines with the children, and has a great balance of being assertive/ firm limits yet loving at the same time.
