About Claudia

Active, patient, energetic care giver! I like working with kids because it brings me happiness. I love seeing kids learn and progress, the joy on a child's face when they accomplish something for the first time is one of my favorite things to see! I started working with kids professionally almost 3 years ago, but grew up as the oldest of 3 helping take care of my younger siblings. I have worked as a substitute teacher for child care centers and can be very adaptable. I worked with a Headstart program for 2 years. Within the program I worked with children with behavioral challenges, autism, and tough home lives. I helped teach them self regulation skills, letter and number recognition, frog-street curriculum, social skills, and toilet training. I am CPR, first aid, and AED certified and have 20+ hours of child care training. I am looking forward to creating a safe, creative, educational, fun environment for your kids!
