Claudia is very knowledgeable and professional as a newborn caregiver. She has been taking an excellent care of my newborn son and taught me a lot of practical skills as a new mom such as how to get to know your baby needs, how to deal with them, how to calm down the baby, especially in the middle of the night, how to breastfeed. Moreover, new mom like me needs a lot of emotional physical support. She works very efficiently and effectively with all by her heart. Highly recommended.
