Right from the beginning, Coleena formed a special bond with our son, who at the time was nine months old. Over the next eight months, she provided incredible full-time care for him as he learned to walk and began speaking. She is extremely qualified, easy to communicate with, reliable, and has the ability to really understand and respond to our child's needs. She is calm, and knows how to both engage and give space to our son when needed. She is a really warm and nurturing person, and she gained our trust very quickly. Our son is starting daycare full time, which is the only reason we ended her services. I would highly recommend Coleena, and would definitely hire her again.
