I had Colleen assist me with my 90 year old mom. I was able to stand back and watch Colleen engage with my mom. There was one to one conversation and eye contact. Colleen held my mom’s hand. My mom had the best smile on her face. Colleen listened to the old stories and engaged her in conversation. I smile when I think of how she helped light up the room. There are many moments that I won’t forget. Colleen was like part of the family.
