About Courtney

I am a passionate care provider with a Bachelor's degree in Child Development and Family Engagement. I have over 14 years of experience working with children of all ages. I enjoy implementing art and nature into everyday lessons to help children develop needed skills to be productive, kind, impactful members of society. I love what I do and I hope to aid more parents in their childcare needs! I'd describe my personality as Open, Creative, and Compassionate! I like working with kids because seeing a child learn something I have helped them understand, excites me! Nurturing children's curiosity about the world around them is what fuels innovation, creativity, and ambition! I feel a strong sense of accomplishment when I connect with a new child where they are at and learn what helps them thrive! I started working with kids when I was 14 years old! I started my own babysitting "company" in my neighborhood where I regularly watched multiple families children on a needed basis.
