About Cynthia

After 20 yrs working as a biochemist for Big Pharma I was blessed with the opportunity to become a live-in nanny & house manager for my sister which led to another live-in nanny house manager position as my niece & nephews "aged out" of needing a nanny! The second position was just as rewarding and I discovered my true calling on a path I never could have predicted. After the second position ended I changed it up and began my current position in 07/2022 caring for a 81 yr old with advanced dementia and her 94 yr old husband until he passed away. I have been her companion for the last year as she transitioned to memory care, but now that she has settled in & it's time for me to move on to my next position. Elder care is definitely my niche! I am very blessed to be able to make a living doing something I love. I also have a full & rewarding personal life... enjoying time with family and friends plus my many hobbies and service commitments. A true "work life balance"!
