About Cynthia

I'm a rising fourth-year student at UC Berkeley double majoring in Data Science and Economics. In high school, I had straight As in all classes and have taken a wide range of AP courses that I received 5s across the board on. I have a 4. 0 GPA in university so far and have taken Calc II, Linear Algebra, and Probability Theory (expectation, conditioning, random variables, linear regression, densities, gamma distributions, etc). I've had three semesters of experience working for UC Berkeley as an undergraduate instructor for Stats courses, as well as three years of experience in high school privately tutoring SAT, Math, and AP Lit/Lang. I believe all students are capable of succeeding with the right support and that mindset and approach are the biggest factors! I would love to work with your learners and help them however I can with the end goal of imparting upon them the skills they need to succeed on their own without a tutor, and of course verify their understanding at every level.
