About Cynthia

I have been teaching English Language Arts for 20 years. I have permanent CT and NY teaching certificates for grades 7-12. I was Teacher of the Year 2022 for Wallace Middle School located in Waterbury, CT and have earned other awards as well. I have taught grades 8-11 including all ELA courses and levels. I currently teach at the high school level. I also teach SAT classes to prepare students for the English portion of the test. Additionally, I created and taught a high school level creative writing course. I love helping students achieve while making learning engaging.
