As far back as I can remember, I've always enjoyed being around children. The children that have been in my care range from infants to9-year-old's. My professional career has spanned more than 20 years in the Connecticut Public School System, professional child care organizations and in private households. On a daily basis, I witness the excitement of learning and discovery on the faces of young children while engaging with them in activities involving play-based learning, creative arts, reading and music. Every day, I look forward to going to work to see the social and emotional growth of so many special children. Cindy worked for me at a child development center for 5 years. She was a head teacher responsible for 20 preschoolers. Cindy is a responsible, knowledgeable, dedicated teacher. Her lesson plans were always precise, creative and age appropriate, making learning fun. Cindy also engaged the children in song & dance and other forms of healthy and stimulating activities. She was also responsible for booking field trips which enriched our program. Cindy is a passionate teacher. I recommend her highly.
