About Daynah

I'd describe my personality as patient, energetic and caring. I like working with kids because I have a 3-year-old son who is non-verbal. I am very passionate with working with kids who have learning development delays and innovating new ideas to overcome them. I started working with kids when I was 16 years old at a summer camp for 3rd and 4th graders. I started training elementary and middle school children in basketball at a well-known facility. I briefly worked with toddlers at a KinderCare daycare in my hometown of Indianapolis, IN. In my spare time, I like to continue growing knowledge. I am currently in the process of learning ASL because my son is non-verbal and now knows a few words in ASL. One thing you should know about me is I know the struggle of being a parent and I know how parents feel being away from their kids. My job is to make sure that I ensure enough trust between me and the parents so they aren't too worried.
