About Deasia

Hello families, my name is Deasia and I'm 18 years old. I've been working with children since I was about 14. Initially, I started watching my siblings while my mom worked. At the age of 15/16, my mother opened her own daycare at home. It was a great experience for me and I really enjoyed what I did. This led me to working in a daycare at the age of 17-18. I decided to leave working there recently because the management was not good and the pay was not ideal for me. I figured that if I had to work for someone who didn't appreciate me, it would be better to work on my own. I'm currently in the process of saving up for my own car, which I know many people would prefer. I decided to inform people in advance so that you all could be aware beforehand. I have a strong passion for my work and I truly enjoy working with children. Finding an exceptional family that accepts me and welcomes me to be their baby's caregiver would be amazing. I am open to creating a bond with the parents as well.
