About Debbie

Experienced Elderly Care Professional with a strong background in residential care and private duty nursing. As a former Resident Nursing Care Supervisor at a retirement home, I managed the care of residents requiring assistance, handled hiring, scheduling, and supervising caregivers, and oversaw the housekeeping department. I collaborated closely with residents and their families to develop personalized meal and care plans. My responsibilities have included administering medications, coordinating outpatient appointments, arranging transportation, and organizing events in partnership with the facilities and activities team. I also bring extensive experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in nursing homes, hospitals, and private duty settings. Additionally, I am certified in Natural Health and health coaching, enhancing my ability to provide holistic care to my clients. Currently, I provide care to a single client four times a week.
