References available on request. I have over 30 years of experience working with seniors, 25 of those in the professional role of Occupational Therapist. During this time I have fallen in love with this population and have great respect for my clients. I can help with self care, meals, shopping, transportation, medication monitoring, coordinating and attending medical appointments and am comfortable with hospice services. I am extremely patient and work well with clients with dementia or cognitive deficits. I have a good understanding of chronic and acute illnesses and medical terminology. I am CPR certified. I try to keep my schedule free to be able to offer short-term, last-minute "emergency" care for when your regular caregiver is unavailable or you haven't found one yet.
