About Delaney

I knew from a young age that I wanted to work with kids who have special needs. I grew up with a brother who is differently abled. He taught me so much more than I could ever learn from a college degree. Although his lessons extend far beyond, I chose to attend university and graduate with a degree in Psychology, with a focus on Developmental Psychology and Education. I have worked in several elementary schools, as an aide for children with special needs. I also received an extensive ABA training, which opened up opened my mind to an entire new system of behavior modification. For a full year, I assisted in a distance learning classroom, teaching at the high school level. I have a firm, but friendly approach. I believe breaks are fundamental motivators and that those breaks should be filled with laughter.
