About Delaney

I've been working in the geriatric field as a CNA for the last 8 years. I love what I do, but I need a change from the nursing home environment. I have extensive knowledge in dementia care and take a lot of pride in my ability to help deescalate and redirect my residents when they are having bad days. I love the ability to form close bonds with the people I care for. I truly feel that I was put on this earth to take care of others. Especially those suffering with Dementia. I have seen just how mistreated people can be when placed in healthcare facilities and it absolutely breaks my heart. I commend all families on here who are making every possible effort to keep their loved ones in their own homes. I would love to provide you with the peace of mind that your loved one is in safe and caring hands when you're not able to care for them yourself.
