I hired Delrose to help my mother, who had a stroke and has mild dementia. Note that I was not with my mother when Delrose worked with her. My brother, who was there, informed me we could not continue having her work with my mother, as she came from a full-time job at night before doing the ten-hour shift with my mother. Yes, that would mean being at work eighteen hours a day. My mother later admitted Delrose was often asleep on the job and short-tempered her when she was awake. My brother said she was a hard worker, but maybe only in order to stay awake or because he was present. I saw on a video camera that she was short with my mother. It honestly seemd wrong to hire someone, knowing they'd not be able to get six straight hours of sleep each day, even if they stayed in the same spot. It was my mistake for not picking up on her working a full-time job when I hired her.
