About Desiree

Hello my name is Desiree. I am a first time mom as well as a college student. I've been a caregiver at both Home of Guiding Hands and the Arc of San Diego for about 5 years now. I love spending time with all of my clients no matter their age or ability. I have worked with wheelchair bound clients, able bodied clients, clients who need to be fed, and independent clients. I am familiar with different diet types, food textures, etc. I can help with hygiene, grooming, and toileting. I am familiar with the hoyer lift and gait belt. I enjoy completing tasks such as laundry, cooking, running errands, and administering medication. I will be a great choice as your loved ones caregiver.
